Smart Commute is a mobile application developed by TopCycle (P.IVA 03786490122) that helps you plan, track, and optimize your daily commute. With intelligent route suggestions, real-time tracking, and personalized insights, Smart Commute makes every journey more efficient.

Marketing and Promotional Communications

From time to time, we may send you marketing and promotional communications about Smart Commute, including:

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to immediately stop receiving marketing emails. You can also email us at info@topcycle.it with the subject line "Unsubscribe from Marketing" to opt out.

Push Notifications

You can disable promotional push notifications at any time through your device's Settings > Notifications > Smart Commute, or through the App's notification preferences.

In-App Messages

Promotional messages displayed within the App can be dismissed. You may adjust your preferences in the App's settings under "Notifications & Communications."

Service Communications

Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you essential service-related messages, including:

  • Account verification and security alerts.
  • Changes to our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.
  • Transaction confirmations and billing notifications.
  • Critical service disruption or maintenance notices.

These communications are necessary for the operation of the App and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

Data Used for Marketing
